Decew Falls Brewing Company

In 2017, Decew Falls Brewing Company hit the streets with their Morning Star Mill flagship cream ale served in restaurants across Niagara. In 2023, their taproom and patio officially opened with 5 new staple beers, rotating taps as well bringing the taste of Niagara’s history to life with their can artwork and Ale tales.

Dragan Brewing & Wine

Dragan Brewing and Wine Company is a destination brewery located in north St. Catharines, blocks from the Welland Canal. At the core of Dragan’s current product lineup is Piva pilsner, a hazy IPA named Garnet, The Hunt, also the official beer of the Niagara River Lions, and an India Pale Ale named West. Rood Apples at Creekside Estate Winery

Their name must be a typo. Maybe they’re so Canadian they didn’t want to commit to calling their cider Rude? The fact is, Rood is Dutch for red. Red: because this cider is basically the love child of 5 different delicious red apples. But why Dutch? Creekside, where we make our cider, is in the village of Jordan Station which was founded by the Pennsylvania Dutch. Long story short, they weren’t really Dutch. They were German. And the German word for red is rot. Rot Apples isn’t exactly mouth-watering. So, Dutch it is. There you have it.

The Niagara College Teaching Brewery

The open-concept 1,500 sq. ft. micro-brewery facility—includes both a large scale system capable of producing 1,000 litres of beer and a smaller pilot system that allows students to brew one keg at a time. Niagara College’s Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management program is located at the beautiful Niagara-on-the-Lake campus.
