7-9pm at The Exchange Brewery – This class is POPULAR and will SELL OUT! Learn how to make a wide variety of plant based cheeses. Watch Chef Fraser make almond ricotta, tofu cream cheese, cashew cheddar, smoked cashew almond gouda, a classic fondue, and a sharp cashew cheddar. Eat it all at the end of class and bring a lot of leftovers home to share with all your friends!
